Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's Account within 30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification in full. kc3333 reserves the right to delay or decline a Withdrawal request where: (a) the Player's KYC verification is incomplete or pending; (b) the Withdrawal would result in a negative real money Balance; (c) kc3333 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms; or (d) the Withdrawal amount includes Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements.

In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements unless the specific promotional terms for a given offer explicitly state otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotional terms for each offer.
